Location is excellent. Close to shopping center and a short walk to the old town, Baščaršija. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Good location; about 2 kilometers to the bus station and about 1 kilometer to Baščaršija. A shopping mall with a grocery store just next door. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms. The breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially regarding yoghurts and fruits. But they have real coffee, not a machine, which definitely is a plus!

Hotel was cute, perfect location, close to everything, but not not on the very busy road, so not noisy to sleep. It was clean, comfy bed and staff was so friendly and helpful

The hotel is very conveniently located. I really appreciated the divine kindness of the staff and the remarkable level of diligence with which you go about their tasks. The city decorations in each room (including the breakfast room) and the colourful atmosphere are also delightful. Highly recommendable!

Really good location. Short walk to the old town. Large comfortable rooms plus excellent showers. And the staff were really pleasant to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they also send me by post the things that I forgot in hotel. Perfect location, close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable.
